The printed stencil is the wrong size

Print at 100% with “fit to page” or “scale to fit” turned off. Measure the 1 cm bar under the design; if it isn't 1 cm, your printer rescaled the page.

I paid but can't create designs

Open Settings and tap Restore purchases. It can take a minute after buying.

A design failed

Failed designs don't count toward your weekly limit. Try again, or rephrase your idea.
